We helped transform K-Plussa's personal shopping data into an engaging in-app story, encouraging users to download the revamped K-Ruoka app. The creative feature allows consumers to interact with their shopping history, offering insights and tips for responsible behavior. The innovation earned the 'Best Use of Data' award at Grand One 2023, recognized for making data not just visible, but relevant and entertaining for users.

We helped turn the personal shopping data from K-Plussa into entertainment with K Group and other partners. The aim was to make the data so engaging that customers want to download the revamped K-Ruoka app.
Creative solution was a personalized in-app story of the consumer’s everyday shopping behavior told in an engaging way. Viewers can guess which product they purchased the most, get tips for more responsible shopping behavior, and find unique discoveries from their shopping basket.
The work was awarded 'Best Use of Data' in Grand One 2023.
Data is constantly being collected from consumers, but often remains inaccessible or difficult to use. In this work, data has not only been made visible, but also entertained in a way that is relevant to the consumer. Although the format is a deliberate direct copy of a well-known service, here it has been used in a completely different context in a successful and fresh way. The excellent results speak for the quality of the implementation.
